Shopping online can be challenging, especially when trying to determine glaze color for a large dinner set. Consider purchasing a small item like our Bitty Bowl in the colors you're interested in to see the glaze in person.


If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will happily accept your return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Please email us at with your intention to return within 14 days of receiving the items and we will promptly send return instructions. Returns must be shipped within two weeks of initiating a return or exchange.

After 14 days, a store credit will be issued for the price paid, excluding shipping costs. All returned items must be in unused condition with all packaging intact.

We do not cover shipping fees in cases where you receive an item that doesn't meet your preferences, such as glaze or form choices.

However, if you've received pottery as a gift and wish for something else, feel free to return it to us for store credit. Similarly, if you're dissatisfied with the glaze color or any other aspect, you can return the item for exchange, store credit, or a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

  • If you suspect you've received a Second-grade item, send us a photo to assess and determine the next steps.
  • Please note, except for defective or damaged items, you're responsible for return shipping costs, and it's your responsibility to ensure safe transit. We cannot refund or exchange items returned in anything less than new condition due to transit damage. Consider using a reliable shipper for packing to safeguard against damages. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds for returns are issued upon receipt and inspection. Upon receiving an exchange, you'll be issued store credit, valid for one year, minus shipping costs, to use on future purchases in store or on our website.
